How long will my order to arrive?

All our shipments are tracked, you will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. In any case, delivery time should take between 5 and 15 working days (but usually between 5 and 12 working days you will have the product already at home) in which the processing time is included. If you don't receive our update, feel free to send us an e-mail from the contact box, we will be happy to help you.

Please note that during high traffic periods such as holidays, there may be delays in updating tracking codes and deliveries. This is not within our control and we kindly ask for your patience.

 

Can i return an item if i don't like it?

You can return any item within 14 days from the delivery date. Your item must be returned at your own cost (shipping cost and duties) in its original packaging (including the package contents). We recommend that you return your item via a tracked service to make sure it arrives back to us safely. Once your order has been received by the returns department, your item(s) will be processed and when authorized, passed to our finance department for refund. All refunds are subject to a restocking fee depending on the package and / or content conditions and resale capacity. This fee is at the discretion of the customer service manager.

 

I've received a faulty item, what should I do?

Don't worry, we are here to help you, our customers satisfaction is our priority. If you have received an item with any defect / damage, you must send an email here with the following, so that we can get back to you with a solution as soon as possible:

  • Order number
  • At least 1 image of the damaged product
  • At least 1 image of damaged packaging

You can use PayPal which is one of the safest and most insured services in the world, we're a member of "Verified by Visa" and "Secure by MasterCard" which provides additional security when using your payment cards online. We use industry-standard configuration systems for sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your card details. My order is late.

We will make sure to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, but there may be delays or unforeseen events that are beyond our control (delays due to couriers, distributor delay due to high volumes of releases going out, temporary out of stock of the product due to high demand, etc). We ask for your patience, however, if you have any doubts or questions do not hesitate to contact us here, we will surely find a solution.
